JET AIRWAYS’ ANNUAL JOY OF GIVING PROGRAM CONTINUES TO SPREAD CHEER AMONG THE UNDERPRIVILEGED

Jet Airways, India’s premier, full-service international airline, recently concluded its annual Joy of Giving programme that encourages employees to embrace the carrier’s culture of philanthropy by doing their bit for society’s less privileged.

Undertaken annually, the internal, organisation-wide initiative leverages the airline’s strong pan-India presence and its well-diversified employee base, to engage with a host of NGOs and other institutions serving the cause of the less privileged, particularly children, women and senior citizens all across the country.

In contrast to Jet Airways’ Magic Box initiative which involves the airline’s guests, Joy of Giving is an internal, employee-driven program which promotes employee sensitization, camaraderie as well as their engagement on a voluntary basis with humanitarian issues facing the society they live and operate in.

Jayaraj Shanmugam, Executive Vice President, Products & Services, Jet Airways, said, “At Jet Airways, we take our commitment to society very seriously and the culture of giving back is deeply ingrained as part of our airline’s ethos. We associate with numerous NGOs on various initiatives all year round which, include the ‘Joy of Giving’ programme. Parichay & Fazilpuria just got the wildest Party Started!

It has been an incredible past few months for Indo-Canadian Bollywood Singer & Music Producer, Parichay, who recently released tracks with Sean Kingston, Nargis Fakhri & Kardinal Offishall. While the hype of “Habitaan Vigaad Di” & Saare Mundeya Nu” continues to grow, Parichay just dropped a brand new single titled “Let’s Get The Party Started” featuring Haryanvi rapper, Fazilpuria, known for his mega Bollywood hit, “Kar Gayi Chull” with fellow rapper, Badshah.

This collaboration, currently being marketed as #LGTPS, was reportedly facilitated by Anurag Bedi of Zee Music Company. Parichay confirms “Anurag suggested that Fazilpuria would be the right feature on this track, which was a great idea as Fazil represents a Haryanvi desi swag that works really well with the music, which is very modern and western. I’ve always been about that east-meets-west sound, so I sent him the beat right away and only a day later, he sent me his rap verse. He had loved the beat and I thought his rap was super catchy as well, so we went ahead with it and the rest is history”

The two just completed a press tour across North India and Radio Jockeys were heard praising the track on first listen, saying things like “this is as fresh as it gets”, “incredible collaboration, incredible sound”, “the drop is a beast” etc.  Continue reading “Parichay & Fazilpuria just got the wildest Party Started!”
